All of our masks get sent out with a security zip tie on them. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days to contact us and initiate the returns procedure.
To return a mask please first email us your intention to return the mask and why you wish to do so. Then pack the mask safely, please include your name, address and order number in the box.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage unless the mask you received was faulty or incorrect.
